| 城市社区是城市建设管理的基本单位,在社会管理和城市发展中起着承上启下的重要作用。随着经济社会的发展,社会管理越来越强调加强社区管理和发挥社区的基层服务功能。"十二五"期间,在我国加快城市化进程和社会管理的大背景下,现有社区管理体制和模式暴露出很多体制、机制上的问题,越来越不适应当前经济社会发展的需要,亟须在管理模式上探求新的出路。构建"两委一站"社区管理模式可以有效规避管理体制中的矛盾,尽可能发挥出社区在基层的核心服务作用,为促进城市化发展和提高社会管理水平,保障经济社会又好又快发展,构建和谐社会保驾护航。 更多还原 |
