| 研发活动是有风险的,只有成功并转化为实际生产能力之后,才有可能为企业带来良好的绩效。本文沿着研发投入———技术效率———财务绩效的技术路径来探索研发投入对企业绩效的影响效果。实证结果表明,研发投入对企业技术效率有着积极的影响作用,而技术效率又是企业绩效的基础。但是,由于企业内外部因素的影响,这三者之间并非总是均衡的。为使其良性协调发展,我们沿着研发投入、技术效率、企业绩效三个维度构建出的不同企业类型,深入剖析其异变路径。 更多还原 |
