| 本文结合农村老年人的现实处境,从养老形式、养老来源、养老需求三个层面归纳出现阶段中国农村养老情况的一般特征,同时,深入探讨了社会工作介入农村养老问题的制约因素,在此基础上,提出了社会工作专业介入农村养老问题的策略模式:以农民养老需求为导向,以政府为主导,以专业发展为依托,以多元化发展为取向,自主互助型的养老社会工作新模式。 更多还原 |
