| 制约社区服务专业化进程的原因主要是:社会工作职责定位模糊;社会工作只"综合"而不专业;社会工作力量分散;部分社区工作人员的错误观念。针对此,我们对构建社区服务专业化模式提出如下建议:第一,明确社会工作的工作性质;第二,将社会工作服务分类;第三,设立社会工作服务站,集中社会工作力量;第四,加强对非专业化和半专业化社区工作人员的专业培训与教育。 更多还原 |
