| 在签订和履行船舶建造合同过程中,船舶建造方面临着来自各方面的风险,尤其在金融危机的冲击下,能否做好风险的防范关乎造船企业的生死存亡。文章首先介绍了造船合同的概念及其性质,在此基础上分析船舶建造方所面临的诸多技术性风险和商务风险,最后提出风险防范措施,以期对我国船舶建造方提供有益之借鉴。 |
