| "边疆社会问题"是特指出现在边疆地区尤其是边境沿线地带的各种社会问题,并具有区别于一般社会问题的一系列个性特征。民族特性是边疆社会问题的突出特征之一。在边疆社会快速转型的背景下,从边疆社会问题指涉的地域空间、关联主体、社会结构、危害性质以及话语建构五个层面阐述其民族特性的内涵,是认识、治理边疆社会问题的一个新视阈,具有理论与实践的双重意义。 |
