| 社会企业为学校提供后勤服务,企业的最终目标是实现其最大利润化。如何保证社会企业在取得合理利润报酬的同时,又能提供优质、高效的后勤服务,就必须建立起政府法规配套、部门督查有力、行业自律规范、学校有效控制的高校后勤保障监控体系。目前我国对高校后勤保障监控体系的成果研究尚属空白。 |
