| 政治现代化本质上是一个政治发展过程。政治革命和政治改革是政治发展的两个途径,同时也是政治现代化得以实现的两个途径。经过新民主主义革命和社会主义革命,我国已经建立起一套比较完备的社会主义政治制度。在社会主义制度建立以后,中国的政治现代化就表现为通过政治改革来实现。政治改革由政治制度建设和政治体制改革两方面组成。由于社会主义政治制度本身的优越性,推进社会主义政治体制改革就成为当代中国政治现代化的重要实现途径。 更多还原 |
