| 现今企业核心竞争力越来越取决于员工的心理资源。本文探究了我国企业青年职工心理资本的构成维度及其受年龄、性别、学历、收入水平等因素的影响程度,以期能对企业开发员工心理资源提供理论基础。采用访谈、问卷调查的方法并通过因素分析得到心理资本的三个维度,且问卷的信度和效度都较好。本研究表明,心理资本由为目标感、责任感和回复力三个维度组成,年龄对责任感和回复力有显著的影响,而性别对目标感有显著的影响。 更多还原 |
