国以来诸侯割据的混乱局面，而且还统一了文字、度量衡货币对我国后世政治经济发展影响深远，但是秦朝短短年就覆灭了。究其原因，治国管理上的弊端直接导致了秦的灭亡。 研究秦朝灭亡行政管理思想，能给今天的组织管理行为提供借鉴。 |

| Abstract: |
| Qin Dynasty in Chinese history is the first united centralized feudal state.It not only ended the disordered state of Spring and Autumn Period and Warring States Period but also unified character,weights,measurement and currency of China,which produces far-reaching infulence on later political and economic development of China.But Qin Dynasty only exists for 15 years,and the reasons for its collapse are defects in state administration which directly caused the destruction of Qin Dynasty.Research into the reasons for the destruction of Qin Dynasty in administration thoughts field can provide reference for current organizational administration behaviors. |
