| 本文以古本《红楼梦》——《脂砚斋重评石头记》的回目为语料，分析了其中的转喻和隐喻。研究发现：（1）语言层面转喻用法比隐喻用法丰富；（2）转喻用法可归纳为部分代整体、整体代部分、地点代人、特征代人或事物典型代一般、工具代产出物、原材料代成品、结果代原因八个转喻原则；（3）隐喻用法可以概括为抽象概念是具体事物、人是动物或植物、不具有某一典型特征的事物是具有该典型特征的事物三个隐喻概念。最后笔者指出了转喻和隐喻在回目中的修辞及认知作用。 |

| A Study of Metonymy and Metaphor in the Chapter Names of The Story of the Stone |

| Abstract: |
| Based on the chapter names of The Story of the Stone, which is the old version of A Dream in Red Mansions, this article analyzes its linguistic expressions of metonymy and metaphor. It is found that 1) there are more metonymic expressions than metaphorical ones; 2) The metonymic expressions can be generalized into eight models, namely, the part for the whole, the whole for the pall, the place for the person, the feature for the person or the thing, the representative for the general, the tool for the product, the material for the product and the result for the reason; 3) Similarly, the metaphorical expressions can be summarized as three metaphorical concepts which are that the abstract is the specific, that people are animals or plants and that one thing without a typical trait is the thing with it. In the end, the author points out the rhetoric and cognitive function of these metonymic and metaphoric expressions |
