| 以对武汉市的社区调查为例，分析了目前我国城市社区服务面临的一系列困境，认为差别化、个性化的专业服务是我国未来城市社区服务的发展趋势，能有效避免现有的困境，同时提升社区的服务能力，为此提出SWOT分析、需求评估、项目设计、有效监管、服务实施的一系列可行性对策建议。 |
