| Reform and openness promote China's development in a variety Of aspects. On the basis of the real situation change, our party and country make adjustment in guideline and policy of development. At economic stratification, the development experiences the process from paying attention to from quantity to quality, then from laying equal emphasis on both to emphasizing quality. At political stratification, our party changes from a revolutionary party to a ruling party and pursues a socialism legal country. At cultural stratification, China changes from main ideology to coexistence of multi -- cultures and actively absorbing foreign culture. At social stratification, Chinese Communist Party proposes to construct socialist harmonious society at the initial period of socialism. |
