| 当前我国房价的高涨首先表现为经济问题,但房价高涨的背后,同样彰显的是一个社会问题、政治问题。房价逆势高涨,凸显了其中深层的政治原因,由此带来的政治后果同样不可小觑,其败坏政府公信力,不利于社会稳定。稳定房价已成当务之急,从政治途径上看,当前要下决心强化宏观调控,着力提升政策执行力,转变政府职能,尽快完善有利于房地产业良性发展的制度体系。 |
