| 2004年9月COSO正式发布了《全面风险管理——整合框架》,简称ERM。ERM是对内部控制理论的再次扩展,为更广范围的企业风险管理提供了一个更为健全和宽广的视角。ERM首次把内部控制从原来的平面结构发展为立体框架模式,是内部控制理论研究历史性的突破。然而,内部控制并不是ERM的唯一理论来源,风险管理对ERM的演进也发挥着至关重要的作用。对ERM理论来源的探讨有利于我们从根本上理解企业风险管理内涵,更好地掌握企业风险管理的发展规律,从而为实现企业平稳快速发展服务。 更多还原 |
