| 科技伦理作为一门学科是否能够成立,学界对此并没有达成一致的看法。赞成者认为,因为科学可能被滥用,如果一种伟大的力量被滥用则会对人类带来危害,因此从那时起就提出了科学伦理的问题;反对者认为,所谓科学伦理存在的理由,无不建立在谣言的基础之上,科学伦理只是宗教反科学势力为了掩盖其原教旨主义的本来面目而使用的一块遮羞布。笔者认为,科技伦理要有能够存在的理由,就必须确立科技伦理研究的对象,明确科技伦理责任观的基本范围。 |

| Abstract: |
| Whether scientific and technological ethics can become a subject has not been reached the consensus in academic circle,the endorsed scholars believe that because science can be abused,if a great power was abused,it would bring damage to human beings,thus from then on,scientific ethics has become a topic,however,the opposed scholars believe that the reason for existence of scientific ethics is all based on rumors and that scientific ethics is only a shelter which is used by religious power which fights against science to conceal its original feature of fundamentalism.The author holds that if someone hopes that scientific and technological ethics exists,he must define the research object of the scientific and technological ethics and the basic scope of the responsibility outlook of the scientific and technological ethics. |
