| The novel Yun in the Wheat Field is rich and profound in connotation.The most shocking part of the novel is the use of poetic speech on the hunger of the left-behind female.Meanwhile,in a circumlocutory way,it reflects the poverty in rural area,the bitterness and hardship of migrant workers and left-behind women.Besides,the novel has its own artistic features with a unique selection of subject,a delicate description of the psychology of lifelike characters as well as plain and natural language which is full of meaning. |
