| 以闽南地区为切入点,揭示近代华侨的投资直接影响、制约着东南沿海地区社会经济变迁的范围和深度:外向型的工业、近代化的城市、商业消费的物质生活。但这种变迁并不是建立在社会经济内在良性发展的基础上,而在一定程度上是建立在受多种不稳定因素左右的侨资上,因而极其脆弱。 |

| Abstract: |
| Based on south Fujian areas,the article reveals that modern overseas Chinese investment directly influences and restricts the scope and depth of social and economic changes in southeast costal areas such as export-oriented industry,modernized cities and material life of commercial consumption.However,these changes are not based on inner and good development of society and economy,and to some extent,these changes are fragile because they are based on the capital of overseas Chinese which is influenced by many uncertain factors. |
