| As the real operator in the implementation of every policy in village reconstruction,the inadequacy of grassroot government's executive ability has become big barrier for China to realize every objective of village reconstruction.There are so many reasons for forming grassroot governmental executive ability.This paper analyzes the problems from the perspective of executive subject,studies the real performance of grassroot governmental executive ability in village reconstruction and the causes of the problems from the level of enforcement subject and presents the measures for improving the grassroot governmental executive ability. |
