| 2009年1月1日起,燃油税开始在全国范围内征收。燃油税改革关系重大,涉及中国多数的企业、家庭和住户的工作与生活,本研究报告对燃油税改革的实施效果进行快速跟踪调查,一方面作为对这项政策实施效果的回馈,另一方面则希望能够通过公众的反映以及对实际状况的分析来为政策实施过程中可能出现的问题提出解决的思路。 |

| Since January 1,2009,the fuel tax has been imposed throughout China.As the fuel tax reform is crucial and is associated with the majority of Chinese enterprises,families and people's daily life,this paper makes rapid tracing survey on its implementation effect,on the one hand,the survey report is the feedback of the implementation of this important reform,on the other hand,we may hope that the reflection of the masses and analysis of the reality may provide solution to the problems in the process of the implementation of fuel tax reform. |
