| 1949年以来,中国经济社会发展目标模式的演进经历了四个阶段,形成了各具特色而又相互联系的目标模式,即:1949—1978年以政治为中心的经济社会非均衡发展目标模式,1979—1994年的以经济增长为中心的经济社会非均衡发展目标模式,1995—2002年的以经济增长为中心兼顾社会增长的经济社会非均衡发展目标模式,2003年至今的以人为本的经济社会均衡发展目标模式。2003年提出并经发展完善的"坚持以人为本,全面协调可持续,统筹兼顾"的科学发展观就蕴涵着以人为本的经济社会均衡发展目标模式的主要内容。 |

| Abstract: |
| Recent development in economic sociology,especially its social system theory,provides us with an insightful perspective to analyze the evolution goal model of economic and social development.The evolution goal model of economic and social development has experienced four stages since1949,and the goal model being a model having every characteristic and getting in touch with each other,taking politics as the centre of non-equilibrium development goal model of economic and social development form during 1949 to 1978,taking economic growth as the centre of non-equilibrium development goal model of economic and social development form during 1979 to 1994,taking economic growth as the centre of and giving consideration to social growth non-equilibrium development goal model of economic and social development form during 1995 to 2002,putting people-oriented equilibrium development goal model of economic and social development form since 2003.The scientific outlook on development,which was put forward in 2003,means sticking to people-oriented principle and aiming at comprehensive,coordinated,sustainable and overall development,which includes main contents of equilibrium development goal model of economic and social development with putting people first. |
