| Humanistic solicitude is one of the basic dimensions of the Marxism.Scientific concept of development views "development" as the first prerequisite,"people-oriented" as the core,takes "comprehensive,harmony and sustainable development" as the basic requirements,and uses "making overall plans and taking all factors into consideration" as the fundamental approach,all of which not only offer the theoretical and practical guidance for social development in China's new era of building socialism harmonious society,but also incarnate the Marxism's humanistic solicitude of scientific concept of development. |
