| 塞缪尔.P.亨廷顿在对发展中国家观察和估价的基础上,分析了影响政治稳定的一系列变量并指出了实现政治稳定的途径。他认为政治秩序、政治稳定是压倒一切的关键性因素,影响发展中国家政治稳定的因素主要有:现代化、政治参与和城乡差距。中国正处于社会转型期,现实中存在着许多影响政治稳定的危险因素。亨廷顿的政治稳定理论中阐述的政党政治、政治参与和政治制度化比例协调、改革促进政治发展、市场经济、公民社会是政治发展的基础条件等观点对于当前中国的和谐社会建设具有理论启示和现实借鉴意义。 |

| On the basis of observing and evaluating the developing countries,Samuel Huntingdon analyzes a series of variables that influence the stability of politics and indicates a way of realizing the stability of politics.In his point of view,the political order and political stability are the overwhelming factors.There are many factors influencing the stability of developing countries such as modernity,participator of politics and urban-rural disparity.Now there exist dangerous factors that will influence the stability of politics in the transitional period of China.His point of views about party government,participator of politics,harmonious proportion of political system,reform accelerating the development of politics,market economy and citizen society is of theoretical revelation and real significance to constructing the harmonious society of China. |
