| Communities of Practice(COP) are of very important value to the tacit knowledge share in enterprise.Firstly,this paper analysizes the essential chatacter of COP and its several models of knowledge share and innovation.And then,the paper focuses on the study of realized principle of knowledge share and innovation of COP—"knowledge share bar" and "knowledge innovation bar".Lastly,the paper gives six advices in the building of COP. |
