| In 2010,the State Council executive meeting published the time schedule and route diagram for the convergence of three networks,which is viewed as the first year of the convergence of three networks.As the new and important business pattern for the convergence of three networks,IPTV shows that the network television stations have been getting into the operation state which is completely different from the Guangxi Event,and there is fewer technical problems existing in IPTV,which leaves the main crux to the system obstacle and forwards its key solution to policies. |
