| After Google's quit sets occurred in China,it makes sensation in the world,Internet freedom and Network Monitoring become the frequent topic of discussion.Taking this event as the starting point of our thinking,it is very important to analyze the contents and the means of network controlling of the western developed countries.The United Kingdom,as a free and democratic representative of western society,has extremely typical significance in the network controlling field.The content and way of U.K.network monitoring and controlling is analyzed,and the United Kingdomas a western liberal and democratic country is revealed how to monitor and control network while to be understood and supported by the international community in order to bring enlightenment on the network management of China. |
