| 在谷歌宣布由于网络审查等原因关闭谷歌中国网站的决定前后,引发了一系列反应和争端。全文试图通过辨析"谷歌退出"的理由,对其影响进行客观评估,来审视我国现行的互联网政策,在加深对其合理性认识的同时,做一些必要的思考,提出一些改进建议,以期能对我国互联网政策的优化有所助益。 |

| Before and after Google announced to shut down its China web site because of such factors as internet review and so on,a series of reactions and debate is triggered.By analyzing the reasons for Google to withdraw from China,this paper makes objective evaluation on its influence,surveys current China's internet policy,deepens recognition of its rationality and makes necessary thinking and suggestions in order to help optimization of China's internet policy. |
