| 以榜样为邻，科学树立榜样和学习榜样，发挥榜样的精神传递和道德示范作用，具有重要的教育意义。通过分析榜样教育的原理与应然标准，针对榜样教育中榜样选择和榜样宣传中的误区，根据新时期大学生思维方式和发展特征，提出了榜样教育注意现实性与超越性相结合、普遍性与特殊性相结合、传统性与时代性相结合、树立榜样与舆论宣传相结合等“四个结合”的策略，以期对新时期大学生思想政治教育有所裨益。 |

| Model education of the new era: problem and strategy |

| It is of important educational significance to approaching the models, scientifically setting up and learning the models, and bringing the model spirit into fully play and transmitting demonstration role of the moral of the models. By analyzing principles and standard of model education, according to the blind areas in model selection and propaganda of model education, based on thinking method and development characteristics of college students in new era, this paper advances “Four Combinations” strategies such as combination of practicability and transcendence, combination of generality and particularity, combination of tradition and contemporary era, and combination of setting up model and public opinion propaganda in learning models in order to help ideological and political education of college students in new era. |
