| 针对我国目前广播电视媒体行业的现状，以及播音主持专业高校毕业生从业过程中的问题与困惑，指出现有的教育体制和学科结构的问题；通过对目前播音主持专业教育客观的分析，提出了现代播音主持教育的科学构架和人才选用的标准。压缩规模, 提高生源质量,设立以分类实验室为核心的教育体系是解决我国播音主持专业教育根本问题的重要途径。教育应该以满足社会需求为宗旨并最终服务于社会。 |

| In view of the China's current status of radio and television media industry, and the problems and confusion in the course of job hunting of the college graduates, the author points out the problems in the existing educational system and the structure of subjects, proposes the modern scientific framework for broadcasting education and the criteria of talent selection through the objective analysis of professional education on the current broadcasting. Narrowing the scale and improving the quality of new students and setting up classified laboratories as the core of China's education system is the basic path to solve the fundamental problems of professional education in broadcasting. Education should meet the needs of society and serve the society ultimately. |
