| Based on reconciliation system of public rights cases in judicial field, this paper discusses that under the background of harmonious society, the schools are allowed to reconcile students punishment, analyzes whether appealing and reconciliation system of students punishment should be chosen from three perspectives such as value philosophy, dialectic method of analysis, practicability and expounds how to construct appealing and reconciliation system from the angle of structure and function. |
