| 通过对西部8省的乡镇干部、村干部和农户进行调研，对新农村治理的主体及其关系，多元化合作主体的治理功能以及新农村治理模式存在的问题进行研究分析。结论认为选择合理的新农村治理模式，增强多元合作主体的治理功能，完善互动共赢的治理体制机制才能真正促进我国新农村的发展和进步，才能开创我国新农村建设的新局面。 |

| Abstract: |
| The new model of governance in rural areas can achieve good governance. Trough survey on the western eight provinces of township cadres and village cadres and farmers, this paper makes studies and analysis of the subject of the new rural governance and its relationship, diversified co operation of the main functions of governance, as well as a new model of governance in rural areas, and concludes that a reasonable choice of a new mode of governance in rural areas and enhancing co operation of the main multi functional governance and improving the governance mechanism of win win interaction can truly promote China’s new rural development and progress. |
