| Abstract: |
| Based on “financing difficult” situation of small and medium enterprises at this stage, this paper revealed the Hunan county SMEs’ characteristics for financing difficulties,through the investigation on the financing problem of Hunan county SMEs, also analyzed the causes of financing difficulties for Hunan county SMEs, and futher put forward the policy proposals,such as innovating diversified financing channels, perfecting banking credit facilities, expanding and innovating credit species, improving the financing environment for SMEs and etc. |
