| 建立和谐校园建设长效机制，是高等学校改革发展的需要。高校和谐校园建设长效机制由科学决策、民主管理、教育引导、平安稳定等八个方面的机制构成相互联系、相互作用的体系结构。建立和完善高校和谐校园建设长效机制，应坚持党委统一领导、从实际出发、系统性和可操作性的原则，坚持统筹规划重点推进、学习借鉴博采众长、民主讨论科学决策和实践检验不断完善的方法。 |

| Establishing long term mechanism of harmonious campus is the demand of reform and development of the schools. The long term mechanism of harmonious campus is interactive and interlinking system structure composed of scientific decision, democratic management, educational guidance and peaceful stability. Establishing and perfecting long term mechanism of harmonious campus needs to stick to the Party leadership, systematic and feasible principle based on reality, to adhere to overall plan and emphasize the importance, to learn from each other, and to conduct democratic discussion and practical check and constantly perfecting. |
