| 离婚经济帮助制度的构建必须考虑如何尽量消减离婚本身对当事人各方以及社会和谐带来的不利影响。对法国的离婚经济帮助制度进行较为系统的考察研究，具体梳理分析我国现行该制度的不足，借鉴外国立法经验，结合我国实际，提出了完善我国离婚经济帮助制度的立法构想。 |

| Abstract: |
| Construction of economic assistance system on divorce in France must consider how to minify adverse influence on parties and social harmony brought by divorce itself. This paper focuses on systematic research and evaluation of French economic assistance on divorce, makes a specific review and analysis of some short points of the said system at present China, uses foreign legislative experience for reference and combines our practice, thus puts forward legislative suggestions to complete China’s economic assistance system on divorce. |
