| 村镇银行是我国农村金融体系建设中的重要组织创新。国内对村镇银行的研究主要集中在村镇银行的制度绩效、展业的问题与对策、市场定位、信用风险以及组织创新的路径等方面。村镇银行作为股份制的中小型社区银行，国外的相关研究主要集中在社区银行与经济发展的关系、与关系型借贷的关系、与大银行的经营差异以及社区银行的经营风险、经营绩效、发展趋势六个方面。 |

| Abstract: |
| Village and town banks are the important organization innovation in the construction of rural financial system. Domestic researches on the banks mainly focus on institutional performance, operating problem and countermeasure, market orientation, credit risk and the approach to organization innovation. With regard to a village and town bank, as a middle-small shareholding community bank, oversea researches are chiefly focusing on the following six aspects such as the relationship between community bank and economic development, and relationship lending, the operating difference from big banks, as well as community bank’s operating risk, operating performance and developmental trend. |
