| 国际货币基金组织（IMF）未能在当前经济危机中为各成员国提供有效援助，以助各国经济恢复，引致各国要求IMF进行改革以适应新的国际环境的呼声日益强烈。在2009年4月的G20金融峰会上明确提出了改革IMF的议题。现在IMF已经出台了一系列措施对自身进行改革，其中包括灵活信贷额度与发行债券等举措。IMF通过对自身的改革来帮助各国抵御当前的危机，在世界经济中发挥重要作用。 |

| Abstract: |
| IMF could not provide effective assistance for its members to help their economic recovery so that the members ask for IMF reform to fit for new international environment. The issue for IMF reform has been clearly put forward on G20 Summit in April of 2009. Now, IMF has made a series of measures for self reform, including agile loan amount, issuing bonds and so on. IMF uses self reform to help its members prevent current crisis and plays an important role in world economy. |
