| The provisions of the article 76 of China’s cooperation law explicitly identify the ownership of a share inherit of legal effect. It is a big progress in legislation. But the law does not clearly define the basic concept and has defect in the standards. Aimed at the problem mentioned above, the author compared the corresponding contents of the Two Schools, trying to find a breakthrough and provide the opinion for perfecting the law. |
