| 中国的区域经济差距已经成为经济社会全面发展的制约因素，解决区域经济差距过大问题成为党和政府关注的头等大事，也是理论界广泛研究的一个重要课题。由于地理环境、人文历史、经济发展等因素的作用，中国区域经济呈现明显的二元结构特征，我们可以用“先发区域”与“后发区域” 区分两类不同的区域。从经济发展态势看，后发区域与先发区域相比有较大差距，但正因其落后性而拥有某些特殊益处。后发区域通过引进资本和技术、学习先发区域和国外的先进制度、不断调整自身经济结构等获得后发利益，充分利用后发优势。 |

| Abstract: |
| The economic gap between different regions of China has become the restrictive factor for all rounded development of society and economy. The solution to the big gap becomes the first task of the Party and the governments and is also an important issue for theoretical circle to study. Because of the role of geographic environment, humanities and history, economic development and so on, China’s regional economy shows obvious dual structure characteristics, we can distinguish prior development regions from post development regions. Post development regions have relatively big gap with prior development regions in the aspects of economic development situation, however, the backwardness of post development regions owns some special advantages. Post development regions should import capital and technology, learn advanced institution from prior development regions and abroad, constantly adjust self economic structure to gain post benefit and sufficiently make use of post advantages. |
