| 任何社会经济的运转，都是需要信用的，在社会化大分工的现代市场经济条件下，对信用的要求就更高。可以说，信用造就了西方现代资本主义，现代市场经济是信用经济。中国传统社会的信用资源是十分贫乏的，远远不能适应现代市场经济的要求。由于历史和现实的原因，当代中国的社会经济发展正面临着一个前所未有的信用瓶颈。要摆脱这一困境，必须以政治体制改革为中心，同时进行其他方面的改革，从而建立社会主义市场经济的信用基础。 |

| The basis of credit of socialism market economy |

| Abstract: |
| Economic operation in any society needs credit. Under modern market economy of socialized division of labor, the demand of credit is much higher. As it were, credit created western modern capitalism and modern market economy is credit economy. Traditional China society’s credit resources are meager and can not meet the demand of modern market economy. Because of historic and current reality, social and economic development of contemporary China is facing unprecedented credit bottleneck. In order to get rid of the dilemma, political system reform must be conducted, meanwhile, other reforms must be followed so that the basis of credit of socialism market economy can be established. |
