| 收入分配是国民经济和社会发展的综合反映，直接关系到人民的经济利益，是构建公平正义的社会主义和谐社会的物质基础，国民经济运行中的矛盾和问题，社会发展中不协调的因素，都会在收入分配中这样那样体现出来，特别是目前收入差距或贫富差距不合情、不合理、不合法的拉大，尽管尚未构成群体性、突发性事件的导火线，但是，一旦差距扩大的趋势得不到有效调节和控制，势必会对政治生活、经济生活和社会生活产生不利影响。通过马克思的劳动价值论来分析产生收入分配不公的原因；提出解决收入分配不公难题的对策措施。 |

| Abstract: |
| Income distribution, which is directly related to economic benefit of the people, is the reflex of national economy and social development and is material basis of constructing fair and justice socialism harmonious society. The contradiction and problems in the operation of national economy, and inharmonious factors in social development are embodied in income distribution. Especially, when unreasonable, illegal and unacceptable income gap and poor and rich gap become bigger and bigger, although it has not become blasting fuse of massive and surprising events, once the trends of enlargement of the gap can not be effectively controlled, it is unbeneficial to political life, economic life and social life. By using Marxism labor value theory to analyze the cause for unfair income distribution, countermeasures for unfair income distribution are put forward. |
