| In order to solve the problem of teachers’ not concentration on teaching, teaching supervision mechanism, as a teaching quality insurance mechanism, began to put into use. Teaching supervision mechanism is an agency which is composed of teaching experts and conducts investigation, guidance and consultation. Practice shows that consolidating teaching supervision work of colleges and universities can negotiate and communicate teaching work and realize the balance between each department, between leaders and teachers and between teachers and students to promote teaching work. |
