| 重庆市要高度重视高校党建工作，在2008年5月召开的高校党建工作会议明确提出，当前和今后一段时期，全市高校必须把“抓党建、促三风、建三高”作为党建工作的主要任务。这一任务的提出抓住了高校党建工作的主题，具有创新性和针对性。本文对“抓党建、促三风、建三高”的理论及实践意义、实现路径与载体创新的思考，旨在立足建设高等教学强国和高校科学发展要求，针对工作开展与要求有较大差距的实际，为深化认识和破解难题提供思路 |

| Chongqing Party Committee emphasizes college Party construction and in the conference on college Party construction in May of 2008 clearly points out that currently and in the future all municipal colleges and universities must regard grasping the Party construction to propel Three emphasis and to construct Three high level talents as the main task of the Party construction. This task grasps the theme of the Party construction in colleges and universities and has innovation and correspondence. This paper expounds the theoretical and practical significance, realization path and carrier innovation for “grasping the Party construction to promote Three emphasis and to promote Three high level talents construction” in order to provide ideas for deepening cognition and solving difficult problems based on the requirement of constructing a strong country of higher education and scientific development of colleges and universities and on the reality of the gap between the requirement and the practical work. |
