| Back to Methuselah is an important drama written by George Bernard Shaw. In this drama, Shaw explains his Creative Evolution, analyses human being’s weakness as well as social problems. Shaw believes that the human being himself has serious inferior qualities, and under the command of life force he will evolve into the superman, who will be able to solve social problems which are beyond the power of present human beings and overcome human being’s weakness. Marriage will disappear between the two sexes. This drama also criticises British parliament and wars among imperialist powers. |
