| Bring forward three different opinions on Article 64 of Contract Law of China by discussing a civil case, the three different opinions are Statement of Altruism Contract，Statement of Not Really Altruism Contract and General Statement. By analyzing the above mentioned points of views, this paper concludes that the General Statement is the best explanation. |
