| 提升学报的办刊质量，可在以下五个方面做一些具体的改革和尝试：第一，加强栏目策划和选题策划，办出一些有特色的栏目，变被动收稿为主动约稿；第二，建立作者数据库，稳定和扩大高水平作者队伍；第三，严把审稿关，缩短审稿时间，增强刊发论文的时效性。第四，编辑加工力求规范化，努力提高编排质量；第五，重视编辑的继续教育，提高编辑的业务素质。 |

| Raising periodicals quality needs real reform and can be tried in the following such five aspects as consolidating titles of column and selected topics, which creates title of column with characteristics and which changes accepting manuscripts into arranging manuscripts in advance, setting up author database, which aims to stabilize and enlarge higher-level authors number, strict manuscript approval for publication, which needs to shorten the time of approval and increases real-time effectiveness, standardizing editing and processing to raise edition and composing quality, and emphasizing continuing education of the editors to raise professional level of the editors. |
