| 以近年来在新闻报纸上常出现的“门”族词为语料，结合概念合成理论与隐喻和转喻的认知，简要对这一语言现象的来源、演化与生成机制等进行了阐述，同时指出“门”族词语义的延伸可以看成是转喻与隐喻这两种词义扩展手段的作用；对这一现象的分析有助于我们更深刻的认识客观世界，透视社会现象。 |

| This paper takes as material the compound words of suffix -gate and other morphemes. With the cognitive theories of Conceptual Blending, metaphor, and metonymy, it describes the origin, development and generative processes of this language phenomenon, at the same time, it points out that this can be the result of the two ways of sense extension, that is metaphor and metonymy. The analysis of this phenomenon can help us see the depth of social phenomena. |
