| 《食品安全法》是我国最近在讨论制定的一部重要经济法律。在有关危害食品安全犯罪的刑事责任条款的设定上，立法者应该放弃以往“大而全”的刑法典模式，尝试在《食品安全法》直接规定具有罪状和法定刑的附属刑法，实现中国刑事立法模式的一个新转变。 |

| The Food Safety Law is an important economic law which is recently discussed and made. On the setup of criminal liability provision of food safety crime, the legislator should try to directly provide accessory criminal law which contains crime indictment and statutory sentence other than using the previous mode of huge and comprehensive criminal code. It is a new transformation in Chinese legislative mode of criminal law. |
