| 婚姻公示具有理论意义和实践意义。现行婚姻登记制度忽视公示属性，缺失“事实婚”的国家记载。结合传统与现实，完善婚姻登记制度，组建结婚过程的婚姻公示制度体系：结婚申请、缔结婚姻意思表达、婚姻公告、婚姻登记、事实婚的户籍身份登记、统一婚姻信息备案、婚姻仪式及婚姻见证等制度。 |

| Abstract: |
| The public summon of marriage has both theoretical meaning and practical meaning. Current marriage registration system neglects the public summon and is short of national record of real marriage. China should combine tradition with reality, perfect marriage registration system, set up the registration system of marriage ritual and marriage witness such as marriage application, marriage process, public summon of marriage, marriage registration, household register of marriage, unity of marriage information record for reference, marriage ritual and marriage witness and so on. |
