| 出版自由是我国公民的基本政治自由，是公民在宪法、法律规定的范围内享有和行使的政治权利。公民在出版物中应当有真实表达的自由，应当得到法律的充分保护，公民在行使出版自由权利的时候，不是绝对的、无限的，而是相对的、有限的，必须在符合法律规定的范围内行使。 |

| The liberty of the press is the fundamental political freedom and right which citizens should have within the scope prescribed by the constitution and law. Citizens should have the freedom to truly express his or her thoughts in their publications which are fully protected by the laws. The use of the liberty of the press by citizens is not absolute and unlimited but is relative and limited and must be in accordance with the laws. |
