| “回易”，在北宋时期，演变成为北宋军队从事赢利性活动的行为。这种行为虽弥补了军费不足的窘境，使得军费的不足的压力可以得到稍稍缓解,但是回易是军队这种特殊身份的群体的行为，同当时商品经济的发展是不相适应的。从严格意义上来讲，军队回易阻碍和破坏了北宋商品经济的发展秩序。因此，从北宋时期军队从事回易活动对商品经济的影响为出发点，阐述北宋政府对军队从事回易活动的限制与管理。在对军队回易活动的监督和管理的基础上，保证北宋时期商品经济的正常发展秩序。 |

| Abstract: |
| In Northern Song Dynasty, Hui Yi evolved into the armys profitable activities. Although these activities made up the military deficit and relaxed the pressure of military insufficient expenditure, Hui Yi was the behavior of group who had special identity such as army and did not accord with the development of commodity economy at that time. Strictly speaking, it hindered and destroyed the development order of commodity economy in Northern Song Dynasty. Thus, based on the influence of the Hui Yi activities on commodity economy, this paper expounds the restriction and management of Northern Song Government on the Hui Yi activities, on the basis of supervising and managing the Hui Yi activities, the author discusses how to ensure normal development order of commodity economy in Northern Song Dynasty. |
